Cranemasters has developed a high level of training for industry that can be backed by a standard or manufacture specifications and is not based on “best practices.” Cranemasters is aware of the new Suncor mandate about training being LEEA certified or equivalent. Cranemasters not only is a LEEA Associate Member but a LEEA Accredited Training Provider, and had our course reviewed by a professional engineer. Our course offerings will cover the requirements set out by Suncor in document SUN-00292 Appendix A. To accomplish the requirements of the Suncor document, students will need to participate in Cranemasters two-day course “Overhead Crane & Basic Rigger - meets Suncor Rigging Standard SUN-00292”. The Cranemasters standard for training is the foundation for crane and rigging training in the Oil Sands.
